General Vendor Information

Where

Vendors at the All-Breed show are located outside on a grass strip next to the Davis Arena on the lower show grounds of the North Carolina Agricultural Center, Fletcher, NC. Refer to the 'Show Grounds' link for an orientation map.

Invitations

Vendor invitations are sent out at the beginning of February each year.

Previous year vendors are automatically invited to vend again at this show. Previous year vendors who do not respond with a 'Yes' email to the invitation within 30 days are presumed not interested and the booth space will not be held.

New vendors are in-filled in the available booth space beginning in April. We maintain a vendor waiting list.

Full payment for booth space must be made on or before May 15th of each year.

Setup & Parking

Vendors may setup all day Friday or on Saturday morning. Vendors may drive on the grass on Friday, conditions permitting. Vehicles are not permitted to drive on the grass on Saturday without permission of a show committee official.

Vendor booth space is marked along vendor row by surveyor's flags at the front corner points of the booth space and a name sign centered between the flags.

Vendors on the East side can park on asphalt behind their booth. Vendors on the West side should park on the shoulder of the road, between the 'Vendor Parking" signs, at the foot of the grass slope.

Electricity

Electrical outlets are not available to all booth sites.

Quite self-contained generators are acceptable and recommended.

West side vendors may run a HD extension cord across the road to the outlets located on the support columns of the Davis Arena. There is an additional charge for the use of these outlets. The charge is noted on the vendor application form.

Those vendors who have reserved an RV hookup, near their booth location, may run an extension cord to the booth as part of the RV package at no additional charge. RV reservations are made separately. See application form.

Vendors at the Obedience/Agility Trial are located inside the McGough Arena on the upper show grounds of the North Carolina Agricultural Center, Fletcher, NC. Refer to the 'Show Grounds' link for an orientation map.

Setup & Parking

Vendors may setup on the Thursday before the Trial or anytime during the Trial. Vendors may use either the doors on the south side of the facitlity, with the adjacent parking area, or the Main entrance to bring merchandise and equipment into the arena.

Vendor booths may not block aisles or doorways.

Electricity

Electrical outlets are located along the walls within the arena. There is an additional change for useage of those outlets.

Generators are not allowed within the arena.
