General Vendor Information • ALL-BREED DOG SHOW

Where

Vendors at the All-Breed show are located inside the Davis Expo Center on the lower show grounds of the North Carolina Agricultural Center, Fletcher, NC. Refer to the 'Show Grounds' link for an orientation map. Use Gate 5 off Airport Road.

The Davis Expo Center is totally enclosed, air conditioned and well lighted. There are three sets of restrooms conveniently located iaround the great hall. There is a Cafe within the facility.

Invitations

Vendor invitations are sent out at the beginning of February each year.

Previous year vendors are automatically invited to vend again at this show. Previous year vendors who do not respond with a 'Yes' email to the invitation within 30 days are presumed not interested and the booth space will not be held.

New vendors are in-filled in the available booth space beginning in April. We maintain a vendor waiting list.

Full payment for booth space must be made on or before May 15th of each year.

Setup & Parking

Vendors may setup all day Friday prior to the show. Vehicles are not permitted inside the building without prior permission.

Vendor locations within the building are indicated by tape lines on the floor and the Vendor's name on a small sign.

Vendor parking is along the access road on the West side of the Davis Arena and at the rear of the building. Signs indicate Vendor parking.

Please be cooporative with other Vendors during setup.

Electricity

Electrical is available to all Vendor booth locations. There is an additonal charge for electricity.
